You do not need a maintenance plan to take care of an existing pest problem. However, pests are constantly breeding, and each new season has its own specific pest issue. Controlling pests is a never-ending job. Combine that with a low tolerance for insects in your home or business and many people feel more comfortable with a maintenance service. We employ professionals trained in the correct application of pesticides and with all the proper safety equipment.

There are many services available tailored to your needs. A Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annual or an Annual, as well as a Summer Bi-Monthly or Summer Monthly service all have their own separate advantages depending on what makes you the most comfortable.

We offer a guarantee on all our services—we will return and re-treat the area if you find insects within your guarantee time. We suggest you wait two weeks after treatment to give the chemicals time to work. Your technician can explain what you can expect to see after your service, and when a return call is warranted.

Mulholland Pest Control Inc. is a local company and our customers are also our neighbors. We will work around your schedule so our visit fits into your busy schedule. You can expect us to be on time or call in a timely fashion if we are delayed for any reason.

You can expect us to first inspect then explain the reason for your pest issue and the scope of what it will take to return things back to normal. We will do our best to answer all your questions and leave your property just as we found it…except for the bugs.
